Data Collected On Our Websites
We collect information at various points on our website and in the booking process:
Personal Information. On some MemberTravel web pages, you may be able to order travel services, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of information collected at these pages are name, contact and billing information, transaction and credit card information, and frequent traveler numbers.
In order to personalize our communications, we may ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, preferences, and experience with our travel services. We use this information to better understand your travel requirements, and to provide you with better service. Specifically, we use the information to assist you with completing a transaction, to communicate back to you, to update you on our services and benefits, and to personalize your experience on our website. Credit card numbers are retained only for payment processing purposes.
IP addresses may be used in the normal administration of the site, and for aggregate research data. They are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Surveys and Contests. We place a high value on consumer research. We may, from time-to-time, invite you to participate in surveys, contests or sweepstakes. Personal contact information may be requested to allow us to fulfill notification obligations, as well as to improve our services. If you participate in any surveys, contests or sweepstakes, we may contact you in the future. Of course, you can opt-out of any contact list at any time.
Sharing of Information
MemberTravel shares demographic information with our partners and advertisers, but not personal information that can be linked to individual identity.
We will not sell or rent your personal information without your consent. When you use our site, you may be linked to various content providers. These third-party sites may have access to certain data, but have agreed to operate under the MemberTravel privacy policies.
Information about you must be shared when making a reservation with any travel provider, or purchasing travel from any travel provider. This is the normal course of business for any travel agency or travel provider. This information is needed for the accurate processing of reservations and payments, and is often governed by law. These travel providers may contact you as they deem necessary, or as required by law, to obtain additional information about your reservation.
MemberTravel chooses the companies it works with carefully, and we do our best to diligently protect the privacy of our customers. We are, however, unable to warrant how these companies might use or disclose your information without your permission. The privacy practices of cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour companies, airlines, car rental companies, insurance companies, website advertisers, other travel providers or other third parties cannot be dictated by MemberTravel or its parent company Cruise and Resort, Inc. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any company that gives you concern.
When you request services from our company, you are authorizing us to share your personal information with those companies that we determine are necessary in order to provide you with the service you have requested. We make every effort to only do business with the most reputable companies in the industry.
When you book or purchase travel from our company, we must collect and share with our travel suppliers personal information about you and your traveling companions. If you are purchasing services on behalf of others, we must collect from you their personal information in order to process the transaction.

Certain communications do not allow opt-out capability. They include specific reservation and account communications, and may also include site and service announcement updates pertaining to current members. We may communicate with customers via phone, fax, or e-mail as necessary regarding any issues relating to current or past reservations.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
MemberTravel may provide your personal information to law enforcement agencies when legally required to do so.
